Each spring, Tau Lambda holds the annual Mr. SU Pageant. Men from around Shippensburg University are nomintaed by other organizations to compete for the title of Mr. SU. These men are judged in various categories such as Formal Wear, Causal Wear, the "If-I-Could-Be-Anyone-For-A-Day" category, and question & answer. All the proceeds from this event go to Arthritis Research. Tau Lambda also is a sponsor in the Adopt-A-Highway Program. Various weekends throughout the year, the girls head out to pick up litter on our 2 mile stretch of highway. Not only are we helping the community look beautiful, but it also gives the sisters a chance to hang out with each other and bond.
